From part 1 you already learn how to install XAMPP, now i’m going to show you how to install wordpress after installing XAMPP on your computer.

Part 2: Installing Wordpress

1. Goto wordpress and download wordpress with latest version.



2. Extract .ZIP and copy all the files and paste in on “C:\xampplite\htdocs\wordpress”
3. Open “wp-config-sample.php” and setting it like following

define(’DB_NAME’, ‘wordpress’); // The name of the database
define(’DB_USER’, ‘root’); // Your MySQL username
define(’DB_PASSWORD’, ”); // …and password
define(’DB_HOST’, ‘localhost’); // 99% chance you won’t need to change this value

4. Rename you “wp-config-sample.php” as “wp-config.php”
5. Goto your browser and “http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php”

Congratulation! Now you have already install wordpress on your computer. You can view your wordpress on “http://localhost/wordpress”
