i can’t find which website provide you with free avatar.. but i found something interesting if you want to try it. Monster ID for your avatar in your blog. This plugin will show random avatar in your blog. Each person who comment on your blog will have different avatar. You can try it.

its true when it comes to design.. i having the same problem.. right now i’m trying to design a simple theme but it takes a lot of time. well i’m still learning to improve my skill.
